According to the official notification, candidates whose names appear in the published allotment list must formally confirm their allocated seat by December 30, 2025, up to 4:00 PM. Adherence to this deadline is critical to secure admission.
The round 2 seat allotment result has been published in a PDF format, listing the roll numbers and allotted colleges of successful candidates.

Step 1. Go to the official KNRUHS website: knruhs.telangana.gov.in
Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click on the active link for 'NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result (Competent Authority Quota)'.
Step 3. The allotment list PDF will open in a new window.
Step 4. Download the document and use the search function (Ctrl+F) to find your roll number.

Post-Allotment Procedure: Reporting and Upgradation
Candidates who have received an allotment must physically report to their assigned medical college before the stipulated deadline to complete the admission formalities, which include document verification and fee payment.
Those who wish to seek a better seat preference can opt for seat upgradation and participate in subsequent mop-up round counselling, as per the official counselling schedule.

KNRUHS mandates a stringent bond policy for Telangana NEET PG 2025 admissions. Candidates admitted through counselling are required to execute a bond on a ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper. The bond includes a penalty clause of ₹50 lakh to deter seat blocking.
As per the policy, if a candidate discontinues the PG course after round 2 allotment or in any later round, they will be liable to pay the ₹50 lakh penalty. Furthermore, they will be debarred from participating in any postgraduate degree or diploma counselling under KNRUHS for a period of three years.
