The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially declared the SBI Clerk Mains Result 2026 for the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales). Candidates who appeared for the examination can now download the merit list PDF from the official website — sbi.co.in.

The Mains examination was conducted on November 21, 2025, across various centers in the country for over 60,000 aspirants. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 6,589 vacancies for the Clerk post under Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/2025-26/06.

The result has been published in the form of a PDF merit list containing the roll numbers of candidates who have been provisionally selected for the next stage of the recruitment process. Candidates can follow these steps to check their results:

Step 1. Visit the official SBI website — sbi.co.in

Step 2. Click on the "Careers" section on the homepage

Step 3. Look for the notification "Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) (Advt. No: CRPD/CR/2025-26/06)"

Step 4. Click on the link titled "MAINS RESULT FOR SBI JUNIOR ASSOCIATES FOR EXAM HELD ON 21st NOVEMBER 2025"

Step 5. The result PDF will open on the screen

Step 6. Press CTRL+F and search for your roll number to check your qualifying status

Step 7. Download and save the PDF for future reference

What After SBI Clerk Mains Result 2026?

Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the merit list will now have to appear for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). This test is qualifying in nature and mandatory for final selection.

According to the official notification, the selection is provisional and subject to:

  • Qualifying the Proficiency test in Local Language(s)
  • Fulfillment of eligibility criteria as prescribed in the advertisement
  • Correctness of information given by the candidate at the time of registration

It is important to note that there is no interview or personality test for SBI Clerk recruitment. The final merit list will be prepared entirely based on marks obtained in the Mains examination, subject to qualifying the language test and document verification.

What's Next for Qualified Candidates?

Candidates who successfully clear the Mains examination and qualify the Language Proficiency Test will receive appointment letters from the SBI Local Head Office of their respective states. The provisionally selected candidates are being advised by way of SMS separately and must await further instructions from the SBI Local Head Office.
