The RRB Group D Recruitment 2025 application process ends today, March 1, 2025. Candidates must apply at rrbapply.gov.in for 32,438 vacancies.

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will close the online application process for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2025 today, March 1, 2025. Candidates interested in applying for various Level 1 posts must complete their registration through the official website, rrbapply.gov.in, before the deadline.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 32,438 vacancies across different railway departments. After the application window closes, candidates will have until March 3, 2025, to complete the payment of the application fee. The modification window, for correcting errors in the submitted application, will be open from March 4 to March 13, 2025.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The recruitment process consists of four stages: Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

The CBT will have 100 multiple-choice questions, and candidates will be given 90 minutes to complete the exam. There will be negative marking, with 1/3 mark deducted for each incorrect answer. To qualify for the next stage, candidates must secure a minimum percentage of marks based on their category:

  • General (UR) – 40%
  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) – 40%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC, Non-Creamy Layer) – 30%
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) – 30%
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 30%
Application Process

To apply, candidates need to visit the official website and register by entering their details. After logging in, they must fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and make the necessary payment. Once submitted, they should download and keep a hard copy for future reference.

Application Fee and Refund Policy

The examination fee for general category candidates is Rs 500, out of which Rs 400 will be refunded after appearing for the CBT, excluding bank charges. For candidates belonging to PwBD, Female, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST, Minority, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) categories, the fee is Rs 250, which will be fully refunded after deducting bank charges upon appearing for the exam. The payment must be made online through debit/credit cards, internet banking, or UPI.
