The extension was announced through an official notice issued on February 9, 2026, to support candidates seeking admission for the academic year 2026–27.

Candidates who were unable to complete their applications within the earlier timeline can now submit their forms during the extended window through the official website. The authority has advised applicants to review the revised schedule and complete all requirements before the new deadline.
