JEE Main 2025 Controversy: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main 2025 response sheets and provisional answer keys on April 11, 2025. However, soon after the release, many parents and students raised concerns over discrepancies in the response sheets. Many claim that the answers marked in the sheets do not match what students actually attempted, while others allege that correct answers were marked wrong or unanswered despite attempts.
Several candidates and parents took to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), to voice their grievances.
Purnima Kaul, an X user, posted:
"JEE Main response sheet is different from what students actually filled in many cases + lot of answers wrongly given by NTA."
Pramod Kamath, another concerned parent, shared a shocking revelation:
"Indeed, my daughter attempted 71 questions. During submission, it showed 71 questions attempted & now in the response sheet, it is showing ALL questions as unanswered! Shocking! NTA is playing with the future of children. No response on email!"
Another user highlighted a similar issue:
"Actually, we are also experiencing a similar issue on the answer sheet shared by NTA. We request the management to review and publish error-free results."
As of now, the NTA has not issued any official statement regarding these allegations. With no official response yet, candidates are urged to verify their responses carefully and follow NTA’s updates for further clarity.
