External examiners will be appointed by the Board to oversee the practical exams, ensuring fairness and standardisation. However, the project work component will be managed internally by the schools. Each institution is responsible for conducting and completing the project work within the stipulated time frame.

Submission of Marks and Penalties for Late Submission

After the completion of the practical exams and project work, the marks must be entered into the CGBSE portal by February 10, 2025. These marks need to be signed by the external examiners to verify their accuracy. Once the marks are submitted, the portal will be locked to prevent any further changes.

Institutions that fail to submit the marks by the deadline will incur a late fee of Rs 1000 per day. This penalty applies to each institution that does not comply with the submission requirements on time.
