AP Polycet 2025 Counseling Registration Begins Today at polycet.ap.gov.in; Check steps to apply here

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, is set to begin the AP POLYCET 2025 counselling registration process today. Eligible candidates who have qualified in the AP POLYCET 2025 exam will be able to register online at polycet.ap.gov.in or appolycet.nic.in.

The counselling process is being conducted only in online mode. It includes registration, payment of processing fee, certificate verification, option entry and seat allotment. Here is a detailed step-by-step guide for the registration process.

Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee

1. Candidates must begin by paying the required processing fee online.
2. Visit the official website: appolycet.nic.in
3. Click on the “Pay Fee Online” link
4. Enter your AP POLYCET 2025 Hall Ticket Number and Rank
5. Pay the fee using net banking, credit card or debit card
6. Processing Fee Amount:

• General/OBC: Rs 700
• SC/ST: Rs 250

Step 2: Certificate Verification at Help Centres

After successful fee payment, candidates from reserved and special categories must attend certificate verification at help centres. The following documents are required:

• AP POLYCET 2025 Hall Ticket
• AP POLYCET 2025 Rank Card
• SSC or equivalent marks memo
• Study/Bonafide certificate (Class 5 to 10)
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2017 / White Ration Card
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
• Local status certificate (if migrated from Telangana)
• Transfer Certificate

Step 3: Filling of Options

Once verification is done, candidates can fill in their preferred colleges and courses online:

1. Fill options as per rank and schedule
2. Ensure that preferences are arranged carefully
3. Save and take a printout of the filled option entry form

Step 4: Seat Allotment

The exam authority will announce the seat allotment results on the official portal. Candidates can:

1. Log in to the official website
2. Check their seat allotment status
3. Download the seat allotment letter with further instructions

Step 5: Reporting to Allotted Institute

Candidates who are allotted seats must complete two levels of reporting:

1. Online reporting on the portal
2. Physical reporting at the allotted institute with documents
3. Candidates must also pay the admission fee within the given time. Failing to do so may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
