AILET 2026

National Law University (NLU), Delhi, has officially released the provisional answer key and master question booklet for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026. This key document, published on the official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in, allows the thousands of candidates who took the exam on December 14, 2025, to calculate their probable scores.

More importantly, the university has activated a short objection window, providing candidates a final opportunity to challenge any answers they believe are incorrect. This window is open only until 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, December 16, 2025.

How to download the AILET 2026 Answer Key?

Candidates can access the provisional materials by following these steps:

Step 2. Navigate to the notifications or announcements section on the homepage.

Step 3. Look for and click on the link titled “Provisional Master Answer Key and Master Question Booklets for AILET 2026.”

It is important for candidates to correctly identify their question booklet series (Set A, B, C, or D) and cross-reference answers with the corresponding master booklet.

Steps to Submit AILET 2026 Objection

The objection process is exclusively online and must be completed through the candidate's official portal. Objections sent via email, support tickets, or phone calls will not be accepted.

Here is the detailed procedure:

Log In: Visit the official website and log into your AILET 2026 candidate account using your application number and password.

Navigate to Objections: On your dashboard, find and click on the ‘View Objections’ option.

Initiate Submission: Select the ‘Submit Objection’ button.

Specify Type: Choose whether your objection pertains to a question or the answer key.

Provide Details: Carefully enter all required information, including the question number (as per the master booklet), the provisional answer, your suggested correct answer, and a detailed justification with supporting references (such as textbooks or authoritative sources).

Make Payment: Submit the objection and proceed to pay the mandatory fee of Rs 500 per question through the integrated online payment gateway. Ensure you download the payment receipt for your records.

Objections will only be considered if the question number matches the Master Question Booklet. The university has warned that objections not aligning with the master booklet will be deemed invalid.

Refund Policy: The fee is refundable. If the university's expert panel finds an objection to be valid, the ₹500 will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

After the objection window closes on December 16, NLU Delhi will review all submitted challenges. A final answer key is expected to be released 3-4 days after the exam, followed shortly by the official results.
