The examination consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions covering 19 legal subjects such as constitutional law, family law, the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and intellectual property law. To pass the AIBE, candidates in the General and OBC categories must score at least 45%. For SC, ST, and Disabled categories, the minimum qualifying mark is 40%.
