Cupid Ltd.

CUPID RUBBERS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as CRL) was
 incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 17/02/93 with the
 Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra and the certificate of
 commencement of Business was obtained on February 20, 1993.  The
 Company has its Registered Office at Bombay and factory at Sinnar
 MIDC, District Nasik.
 
 Since incorporation of the Company, the Promoters have been involved
 in getting the various approvals, signing the collaboration
 agreements etc. The Promoters carried out a survey of the rubber
 prophymactics market to search for the best available foreign
 technology. Collaboration agreements were signed by the Company with
 M/s. Greenmate Corporation
 and M/s. Hero Corporation, both of South Korea on August 31, 1993.
 The Company applied to the Government for SIA registration, approval
 for foreign collaboration and investment by the collaborators, which
 was granted on 3rd December 1993. The Company then acquired the land
 from MIDC on leasehold basis, obtained the power sanction from MSEB,
 environment clearance, water sanction from MSEB. Further it applied
 to the Institutions/Banks for loans and working capital facilities
 which have also been sanctioned. 
 
 2005
 
 -Cupid Condom receives new order worth Rs 43 million
 
 2006
 
 -Company has changed its name from Cupid Condom Ltd. to Cupid Ltd.
 
 -Cupid Condom secures order worth Rs 71.418 mn from Ministry of
 Health & Family 
 
 -Cupid secures order worth Rs 11.24 mn from Ministry of Health &
 Family Welfare, GOI
 
 -Cupid receives new order of Rs 37.692 mn from Ministry of Health &
 Family Welfare
 
 -Cupid secures order from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,
 Government of India worth Rs 28.090 million.
 
 2007
 
 - The Company has been awarded order for supply 85 Million pcs of
 condoms (Nirodh) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
 Government of India aggregating amounting to Rs 1067.94 lacs.        
                                                         
 
 -The Company has been further awarded order for supply 58 Million pcs
 of condoms from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government
 of India aggregating amounting to Rs 739.40 lacs.

 -Newly launched value added product Female Condom under brand its
 brand name Cupid's female condom (CFC-1) has been well accepted in
 the International market and is successful in getting first confirmed
 export order from South Africa for supply of 5,00,000 pcs valuing to
 US$ 2,24,400 equivalent to INR Rs.105.44 lacs.
 
 -The Company has received Export order for Female Condom from one of 
 biggest NGO (Non Government Organisation) in the world for supply of
 2,00,000 pcs valuing to US$ 63,000 equivalent to INR Rs. 28.50 lacs.
 
 -The Company has been awarded order for Supply 61.24 Million pcs of
 condoms (Nirodh) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
 Government of India aggregating amounting to Rs. 963.38 Lacs.
 
 2011
 
 -The Company has been awarded order for supply 30 Million pcs of
 condoms (Nirodh) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
 Government of India aggregating amounting to Rs. 459.30 lacs.
 
 -The Company has been further awarded order for supply 9.66 Million
 pcs of Deluxe Nirodh (condoms) from the Ministry of Health and Family
 Welfare, Government of India aggregating amounting to Rs. 148.87
 lacs.
 
 -The Company has received Export order for supply of Female Condom
 having aggregate value of US$ 315,000 (US dollors Three Hundred
 Fifteen Thousand Only) for 500000 Pcs.
 
 -The Company has received repeat Export order from Indonesian
 customer for supply of Female Condom having aggregate value of US$
 75,000(US dollars Seventy Five Thousand Only).
 
 2012
 
 -Cupid Ltd has developed a unique shaped specialty male condom
 enhancing pleasure for both partners. This unique design condom
 provides supplementary stimulant and added comfort. Further, the
 Company has received approved worldwide patent on these specialty
 condoms (SMC-1).
 
 -The Company’s production facilities has been approved by UNFPA /
 WHO. The Company’s name has been listed on the WHO/ UNFPA list of
 pre-qualified male condom manufacturers, which is also placed on
 their websites.
 
 -The Company has received 3rd year in row a new order from Ministry
 of Health, government of India for supply of 45 million pcs valued
 worth Rs. 813.47 lacs.
 
 2013
 
 -The Company has successfully executed order received from UNFPA
 (United Nation Population Funds) since it received approval from
 UNFPA/WHO.
 
 -The company recieved export Order for Supply of Female Condoms.
 
 2014
 
 -The company received additional orders worth Rs. 2.4 Cr. from the UN
 Population fund UNFPA Copenhagen, Denmark to supply Male Condoms to
 countries in Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
 
 -The Company has signed a 10 year Male Condom Supply Agreement with
 M/s. Safeware & Co. based in Florida, USA .
 
 -The company has received order for supply of WHO/UNFPA Prequalified
 Male condoms from UN Population fund Denmark for value approx Rs 5.87
 crore.
 
 2016
 -Cupid Ltd. executes contract worth Rs 13.58 cr with PSI India.
 
 2018
 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:5.
