Citroen starts delivery of SUV Coupe Basalt, prices starting at Rs 7.99 lakh

Basalt is now available at an exclusive introductory starting price of Rs 7.99 lakh

Citroën India after announcing the launch of SUV Coupé Basalt earlier this month has started the delivery of Basalt from today. Basalt will be available at an exclusive introductory starting price of Rs 7.99 lakh, this special pricing is valid for all bookings with deliveries till 31 October, according to Citroën India.

Citroën India delivered Basalt to its first customer at the La Maison Citroën dealership in Delhi. Theirry Koskas, Citroën Brand CEO graced the occasion and handed over the keys to the delighted customer, also present on the occasion were Shailesh Hazela, MD & CEO -Stellantis India and Shishir Mishra, Brand Head - Citroën India.

Citroën Basalt will be available in five monotone colors: Garnet Red, Cosmo Blue, Polar White, Platinum Grey and Steel Grey

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Thierry Koskas, Citroën Brand CEO, said, "Today is a landmark moment for Citroën in India as we deliver the very first Basalt to our esteemed customer in Delhi, giving Indian roads its first mainstream ICE SUV Coupé. Price of Basalt
The top-end variant of Basalt will cost Rs 13,62,000. Basalt will be available in six variants 1.2 NA YOU,1.2 NA PLUS,1.2 TURBO PLUS,1.2 TURBO AT PLUS,1.2 TURBO MAX,1.2 TURBO AT MAX and it cost Rs 7,99,000,Rs 9,99,000,Rs 11,49,000,Rs 12,79,000,12,28,000,13,62,000 respectively.The dual tone will also be available in Max variants at an additional cost of Rs 21,000.
