The 2025 Mahindra Scorpio-N has been introduced with Level 2 ADAS.

India's largest SUV manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra, today announced the launch of the 2025 Scorpio-N ADAS version, with the prices starting at Rs 21.35 lakh (ex-showroom). Only the top-spec Z8L variant of the SUV gets ADAS.

With Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), the 2025 Scorpio-N offers the following features.

Forward Collision Warning

Automatic Emergency Braking

Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go

Smart Pilot Assist

Lane Departure Warning

Lane Keep Assist

Traffic Sign Recognition

High Beam Assist

The 2025 Scorpio-N ADAS is also equipped with features such as Speed Limit Assist and Front Vehicle Start Alert, a first for Mahindra internal combustion engine (ICE) SUVs.

While Speed Limit Assist warns drivers based on the applicable speed limits for specific roads, Front Vehicle Start Alert ensures enhanced traffic awareness by alerting drivers through visuals, chimes, and haptic feedback when a stationary front vehicle begins moving.

Apart from the addition of ADAS to the Scorpio-N range, Mahindra has also introduced a new Z8T variant, which will sit between the Z8 and Z8L variants. The price of the Z8T starts at Rs 20.29 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Z8T variant of the Scorpio-N boasts features like 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, a front camera, front parking sensors, a six-way powered driver seat, an electronic parking brake (EPB), ventilated front seats, and an auto-dimming IRVM.

There is no change in the powertrain options of the 2025 Scorpio-N. The SUV continues to use the 2.0-litre mStallion petrol engine and 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine.

The petrol unit delivers 203 PS and 370 Nm with a 6-speed MT, and 203 PS and 380 Nm with a 6-speed AT. The diesel unit is good for 175 PS and 370 Nm with a 6-speed MT, and 175 PS and 400 Nm with 6-speed AT. The Scorpio-N is available in both 2WD and 4WD avatars. The lower variants of the SUV get a relatively less powerful diesel engine (132 PS and 300 Nm) with a 6-speed MT.
