Astronomer CEO Andy Byron allegedly erupted in anger and hurled expletives immediately after he was caught on camera with his company's HR chief Kristin Cabot during a Coldplay concert on Wednesday.
Byron, who is allegedly having an affair with Cabot, was seen cuddling her during the Kiss Cam in a video that has gone viral on social media.
According to a report in The New York Post, Byron used abusive words after realising that he has been caught. A video being shared on TikTok shows Byron saying: “F**ing hell, it’s me.”
Meanwhile, Cabot said: “This is awkward."
During the concert, a camera focused on Byron, capturing him cuddling Cabot. The married CEO swiftly ducked out of the frame while Cabot turned away and covered her face, fueling speculation online.

The awkward moment quickly spread across social media platforms after Byron, seemingly caught off guard.
But as the clip continued to gain traction online, so too did reactions from Byron’s former employees — many of whom appeared to revel in the fallout.
“He got what he deserved,” one former employee told the New York Post, reacting to the spectacle. “The text groups and chains of former employees are like… everybody’s laughing their ass off and enjoying the hell out of what happened and him getting exposed.”
Several ex-employees have come forward in the wake of the viral moment, labeling Byron a “toxic boss” with a pattern of aggressive behavior.
According to a 2018 exposé titled “Fake Hire, Staff Departures Roil SoftBank-Backed Security Startup”, Byron was previously accused of lashing out at team members and threatening to fire those who disagreed with him during his tenure as Chief Revenue Officer at cybersecurity firm Cybereason.
Multiple former employees said Mr Byron would lash out against employees who disagreed with him, including threatening to fire them, the article reported.
Byron, at the time, denied the allegations, claiming the criticism stemmed from “difficult decisions” made for the benefit of the company’s growth — decisions that, he said, may have upset some employees.
