Chinese tech brand Vivo has confirmed the upcoming launch of its latest mid-range smartphone, the Vivo Y300 5G, in India. Earlier this week, the brand shared an image of the smartphone on social media platform X, showing its rear design. It’s expected to fall under Rs 25,000 like its predecessor, the Vivo Y200, and could come in three colour options with a Sony IMX882 primary camera.
Vivo Y300 5G India launch teasedVivo on X teased the launch of the Y300 5G with a glimpse of its design. The teaser has confirmed that the smartphone will feature a dual camera setup at the back with all sensors and the LED flash placed vertically. The design of the smartphone appears to be similar to the Vivo V40 Lite, which launched in India earlier this year.
Vivo has yet to reveal details about the Y300 5G, but it’s tipped to feature a Sony IMX882 portrait camera with Vivo’s Aura Light. Further, the smartphone could have 80W fast charging support. In terms of design, the Vivo Y300 will reportedly feature a titanium-inspired design, with three different colour options. These could be Titanium Silver, Emerald Green, and Phantom Purple.
If we talk about its processor, the Vivo Y300 5G could be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB RAM. Further, the phone is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
