The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is a few months away now, and leaks and rumours of the top-of-the-line Galaxy S25 Ultra have already been spotted online. The latest leak of the smartphone reveals that the smartphone could come with rounded edges and a thinner body. This could be a welcome change compared to the sharp squared-off corners that have traditionally been seen on previous S-Ultra smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Expected design changes
According to a new leak by X tipster @xleaks7, in collaboration with the Online Solitaire blog, the aluminum dummy unit of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra measures 162.82x77.65x8.25mm. This indicates that it is slightly taller and thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which measures 162.3x79.0x8.6mm.
The leaked videos and photos also reveal that the Galaxy S25 Ultra boasts noticeably rounded corners and slimmer bezels. Further, it has five circular cutouts for the rear camera module, resembling the rear design of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It also has a punch-hole display.
The smartphone was also spotted on the benchmarking website Geekbench, with a base clock speed of 2.90 GHz and a top clock speed of 4.19 GHz. These specs indicate that it could be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. Further, as per the listing, the S25 Ultra is likely to be equipped with 10.54GB of RAM, which means it could have 12GB of memory.
As for other specifications, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could feature a 200MP HP2 main camera, a 50MP ISOCELL JN3 ultra-wide lens, a 10MP 3x telephoto sensor, and a 50MP 5x telephoto sensor. The underlying battery size could also remain the same at 5,000mAh with 45W wired charging support.
