For imaging, the device will include an Ultra-Clear 50MP AI-powered camera, along with several photography-based AI features, including AI Eraser 2. The smartphone is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Further, the company has revealed that it will run on ColorOS 15. The device will also come with 60-month Fluency Assurance and support from 600+ OPPO Care authorised service centres across India. In terms of durability, the K14 5G will feature an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone will also include an advanced SuperCool VC thermal system with a large 3900 mm² vapour chamber, to improve heat dissipation during prolonged use.
