Oppo has announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Oppo K13 5G. The new K series phone will be introduced in India first, ahead of its global release, and will be available for purchase on Flipkart. The phone is teased to come in two colour options and will pack a large 7,000 mAh battery. Additionally, Oppo has also revealed that the upcoming K13 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC.

Oppo K13 5G: Launch date, expected specifications

In an X post and a press release, Oppo announced that the K13 5G will be launched in India on April 21. It is confirmed to be available in Icy Purple and Prism Black colour options and will be priced under Rs. 20,000. It would also be among the first phones to ship with a 7,000 mAh battery in its segment and will support 80 W SuperVOOC charging, with the charger coming inside the box.

Further, the company has confirmed that the K13 5G will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200nits of peak brightness. It is confirmed to run on the 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset alongside the Adreno A810 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The company also claims that this chipset can generate AnTuTu score of over 7,90,000.

In terms of optics, the Oppo K13 5G is confirmed to feature a 50MP primary camera. It will also ship with Android 15-based ColorOS 15. Oppo will also offer a 6,000mm sq graphite sheet and 5,700mm sq large vapour cooling chamber in the device for improved thermal management.
