Oppo recently confirmed that its third Find X9 series smartphone, the Oppo Find X9s, is set to launch in India soon. It will be the successor to last year's Oppo Find X8S, and the phone will likely debut in other global markets as well. However, the company has only revealed that this handset will be powered by the newly unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 9500s SoC, with the rest of its key specifications still unknown. Interestingly, a new report has surfaced detailing the upcoming Oppo Find X9s’ full specifications, offering a clearer picture of its hardware details.
Oppo Find X9s: Expected specifications, features
As per a Smartprix report in collaboration with tipster Yogesh Brar, the global variant of the Oppo Find X9s will offer different specifications compared to the Chinese variant. The report adds that the phone will likely come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, similar to other Find X9 smartphones. This is also a big change from the rumoured Chinese variant of the Find X9s, which is tipped to come with a 6.3-inch OLED screen.
Further, the phone will reportedly feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT-700 primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide unit, and a 50MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. It is also mentioned to come with a 32MP front camera. Powering the device will be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s, as Oppo has already confirmed that this chipset will make its India debut with the Find X9s, making it one of the first phones in the country to be powered by this powerful processor.
Additionally, the global variant of the Find X9s will likely include a 7,025mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging. However, the phone is likely to come without wireless charging support. Oppo has already confirmed that the Find X9s will launch in India, with an exact date yet to be announced. The report adds that the phone will launch in global markets, including India, sometime in the second quarter of 2026.
