
After several teasers in the last few days, Lava has finally announced the India launch date of its next midrange smartphone, the Lava Blaze Duo 3. The smartphone is set to debut later this month. Moreover, an Amazon listing has revealed its design and key specifications. The device will sport a dual display, with the second display embedded in the rear camera module, akin to what we have seen in the Lava Blaze Duo and Lava Agni 3, which were launched in 2024.
Lava Blaze Duo 3: India launch date, expected specs
Through a post on X, Lava has announced that the Blaze Duo 3 will launch in India on January 19. The post shares the back design of the upcoming handset, which appears in an off-white shade. Further, the phone seems to have soft, rounded edges and a slim profile. Previously, Lava had also revealed that its black colourway.
A small rear screen is also placed next to the dual rear camera unit, resembling the design of the Lava Blaze Duo 5G and the Lava Agni 3 5G. Like these two smartphones, the rear screen could allow users to access notifications, capture selfies, play music, and do other common functionalities. The Amazon listing confirms that it will be 1.6inch AMOLED display, likely to run on a 60Hz refresh rate.
Further, the Amazon listing also confirms that the Lava Blaze Duo 3 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset, paired with 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will also come with a 50MP Sony IMX752 primary rear camera with an 8MP front camera. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It also has stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and weighs 181g.
