Ganesh Chaturthi in Mumbai is incomplete without the grand darshan of Lalbaugcha Raja 2025, one of the most famous Ganesh idols in India. Known as the wish-fulfilling Bappa, this iconic celebration attracts millions of devotees every year. The festivities this year will begin on August 27 with Ganesh Chaturthi and conclude on September 6 with the grand Ganesh Visarjan.

Lalbaugcha Raja 2025 Darshan Timings

The darshan timings for Lalbaugcha Raja 2025 will be from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm daily, giving devotees ample time to seek blessings.

  • Siddhi Gate: Free Entry
  • Riddhi Gate: Paid Entry

On average, each devotee gets around 10–15 minutes for darshan. With an estimated 1.5 million visitors every day, devotees are advised to plan their visit early.

Lalbaugcha Raja 2025 Aarti and Pooja Schedule

Daily pooja and aarti hold a special significance at Lalbaugcha Raja. Devotees can participate in the rituals as per the following timings:

  • Morning Pooja: 6:00 am
  • Afternoon Pooja: 1:00 pm

  • VIP Darshan: Rs200

How to Reach Lalbaugcha Raja Pandal?

Reaching the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal is easy through multiple modes of transport, though visitors must be prepared for large crowds and traffic near the area.

  • By Train: Chinchpokli Station (Central Line): 10-minute walk Currey Road Station (Central Line): 15-minute walk Lower Parel Station (Western Line): 20–25-minute walk or taxi ride
  • By Bus: BEST buses such as 124, 134, 66, 132, and 172 connect directly to Lalbaug.
  • By Taxi: Taxis are convenient but expect traffic congestion close to the pandal.
  • By Private Vehicle: Parking is very limited, so parking farther away and walking is advised.
  • By Metro: The nearest metro station is Lower Parel, with easy access to the pandal.
Pro Tip: Use the Chhatrapati Shivaji Ground–TB Kadam Marg route to avoid the heaviest rush.
