Mansi M expressed her frustration over the lack of response from Blinkit’s leadership.

A woman from Ghaziabad has accused Blinkit delivery partners of assaulting her family members. In a detailed LinkedIn post, Mansi M alleged that employees of the quick-commerce company locked her father and brother inside a store and attacked them with bats and sticks. The violent confrontation reportedly began when her father attempted to mediate a dispute between the delivery partners and residents of their housing society.

Mansi shared CCTV footage of the alleged assault and called on Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal and Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa to intervene and investigate the matter. The family has also lodged a formal complaint, which the police have since converted into a First Information Report (FIR).

Mansi detailed the ordeal, stating that the Blinkit store, located on the ground floor of her residential building in Sector 3, Rajinder Nagar, Ghaziabad, had disrupted the community's peace. “What was once a peaceful community has now become a breeding ground for chaos, intimidation, and violence. The ongoing situation at this Blinkit location has created serious risks to the safety and well-being of our entire community," she wrote.

She further alleged that the confrontation began when a group of delivery executives harassed and verbally abused society members outside the store. Her father, returning home from work, tried to de-escalate the situation but was met with violence. “These individuals escalated the conflict, physically attacking my father, brother, and cousin," she claimed.

According to Mansi, 30 to 40 delivery riders stormed into the store, locked the shutters, and brutally assaulted her family. She alleged that the attackers used bats and sticks, some of which were sold on Blinkit’s platform. “My brother was brutally hit on his chest and head with a bat, and my 55-year-old father, a heart patient, was also locked inside the shutter and assaulted," she said.

Mansi added that her family managed to survive the harrowing attack but now lives in constant fear. She also accused the store staff of abusing and threatening her family during the incident.

In her post, Mansi urged Blinkit’s leadership to take immediate action. “I request you to address this issue by relocating the Blinkit store and ensuring such stores are not set up in residential areas, where their operations can endanger public safety. Instead, they should be located in industrial or commercial zones, far removed from residential spaces," she wrote.

She also demanded a thorough investigation into the individuals involved in the assault and called for accountability. “We have a few names of those involved in this incident and we want immediate action against them: Vikas Bhati (visible in the video attacking with a bat), Shiven (in charge of the store), and the person who closed the shutter, who is in police custody, among others we have identified," she stated.

Mansi expressed her frustration over the lack of response from Blinkit’s leadership, saying, “It has been 24 hours since the incident, and I have not received any response or even a call from you. Good going."

She explained that repeated requests to the store manager and delivery partners to address ongoing issues had escalated into the altercation. “Continuous requests from our end to the store manager and delivery guys to stop the noise that irritates us the whole night—because of which we are only able to sleep for 3-4 hours—and asking riders to not stand in crowds while smoking and using abusive language, led to this," she added.
