Sleep is a top priority for 33% of Indians, with various habits contributing to a good night's rest. The report reveals insights such as the significance of fresh bed sheets, soothing drinks, favourite pillows, darkness, and even the occasional superstition about haunted homes.
Indians prioritize holistic health, with 34% focusing on physical health, 29% on mental well-being, and 30% on the health of those around them.
Creating a multi-sensory space for relaxation involves lighting candles, comfortable furniture, mood-appropriate lighting, and even crystals.
The report also highlights personal time, with 20% of Indians finding comfort in changing clothes upon arriving home, and 31% indulging in private dance or song sessions.
