Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy was spotted attending the Jaipur Literature Festival with his son-in-law and former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Saturday. A video shared by news agency ANI showed the two of them sitting alongside Sudha Murty’s sister.
As the host of the ongoing session acknowledged their presence, Sunak was prompted by his aunt-in-law to greet the audience which he did with a "namaste".

In the clip, the host also announced that Sunak and his wife Akshata Murty were "great supporters" of the Jaipur Literature Festival's London edition.

Meanwhile, Sudha Murty also won hearts at the Jaipur Literature Festival when she greeted lyricist Javed Akhtar on the stage and bowed down to touch his feet. The gesture was widely appreciated on social media.
At the event, Akhtar launched his new book, Gyan Seepiyan: Pearls of Wisdom, while Murty joined him for a panel discussion. The legendary lyricist spoke about the significance of language, the power of education, and the importance of preserving cultural heritage and Murty shared her perspective.
The Jaipur Literature Festival will continue till February 3.
