Ahmedabad accident

Earlier in 2019, two people died and 27 others were injured in an accident at an amusement park in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad. The unfortunate incident took place when a ride carrying around 30 people in the Kankaria Adventure Park collapsed.

Civic officials arrived at the spot soon after and those injured were immediately taken to a hospital nearby. Reports surfaced online suggesting that the municipal body had given a contract to operate the rides in the area.
