Mamaearth co-founder Ghazal Alagh recently shared the six lessons she had learnt from "10,000+ hours, 7+ years, and 3 startups", revealing that the experiences had made her understand the importance of taking care of one's self and keeping company that included supportive people.
"It took me 10,000+ hours, 7+ years, and 3 startups to learn these 7 lessons: Success will always lead you to want more but don't get hung up on the next big one. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it benefits both you and your business. Surrounding yourself with supportive people keeps you and your business going strong," Alagh wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday.

This is not the first instance where Alagh has taken to social media to offer suggestions about different aspects of life.
Last week, she shared five traits which separated the top one per cent individuals from the rest, emphasising on qualities such as staying consistent with habits and promises and being surrounded by quality people.
