Raunak Ramteke, a Community Manager at LinkedIn India, recently shared insights into LinkedIn's headquarters in Bengaluru, offering a glimpse of its distinctive features during a three-day visit. His posts on social media have since generated widespread interest, highlighting the workplace as a model of modern corporate design and functionality.
Ramteke used Instagram to share videos showcasing the standout elements of the office. Among those were the creatively designed meeting rooms, which carry distinctly Indian names such as ‘Kaju Katli’ and ‘Gulab Jamun,’ reflecting a blend of cultural identity within the corporate environment. These rooms intended to provide employees with innovative and comfortable spaces for collaboration and meetings.
The Bengaluru office also featured a dedicated gaming room where employees could engage in activities like cricket, fostering a sense of camaraderie. A music room is also available for team members to relax and tap into their creativity during breaks. Meanwhile, Ramteke also showed a sustainable library in the office where one can donate books.
Ramteke’s posts sparked enthusiastic responses from viewers. One user commented, “This is the kind of office that makes you want to go to work every day!”
Another mentioned, “Craving to be in the Gulab Jamun room." Others echoed similar sentiments, with one individual stating, “It looks like a perfect blend of work and play. I need this in my life!”
"Dream office," a third user remarked.
This is not the first time a corporate office has garnered attention for its impressive amenities. Earlier, a video featuring a Google employee in Singapore showcased similar workplace features, highlighting the growing trend of companies investing in environments designed to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
