I see a marked increase in the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) products in the domestic market in the coming year as awareness and confidence in systems like Apartment Adda gain popularity. In 2013, we see more and more housing societies becoming e-enabled, using automation and the power of the Internet to give more value to residents and eradicate hidden costs. We also see more builders hand over maintenance to housing societies in a systematic manner so their branded property continues to be best maintained under the supervision of the society.
