India's draft bill on coal regulator is ready and will be presented to the cabinet soon, its coal secretary Alok Perti said on Tuesday.

India's draft bill on coal regulator is ready and will be presented to the cabinet soon, its coal secretary Alok Perti said on Tuesday.

"A coal regulator is important. It will certainly add to improving situation," said Perti.
