Guinness bringing an AR app which will decorate your beer

'Tis the season to be beery? Guinness certainly thinks so. The Irish brewing company is getting into the holiday spirit with an augmented reality application for iOS and Android devices. According to PSFK, the app is developed in conjunction with Blippar and is called 'Decorate Your Pint'. With the app, beer drinking smartphone users can add holiday style decorations to their drink like falling snow, Santa hats, gifts, ribbons and snowflakes, then save the image to their phone and of course, share it on the networks (Facebook, Twitter, but you might want to avoid LinkedIn). If you really want to play, you can alter your saved image in Instagram before sharing. The message attached with the shared image reads, "What I really want for Christmas...".
