Shashi Tharoor is reportedly in Dubai currently to attend a literature festival and is expected to return later in the night.

Answering questions during a session at the Kerala Literature Festival here, Tharoor said he had taken a strong stand on that issue and remained "unapologetic".
Despite being a member of the Congress Working Committee, Tharoor was reportedly placed at the extreme end of the stage.
