An open-ended warrant was also issued by the court against him earlier, but the police were unable to secure him or find his whereabouts.
Nithyananda fled from India in 2019. The controversial godman has been accused of rape and child abduction.
Nithyananda has said that Kailaasa can accommodate people for "not for more than three days".
