K Surendran thunders, “I can, I will. Because I am the soldier of Narendra Modi ji. Main sipahi hoon Narendra Modi ji ka. I can bring development here within five years with the help of the PM. I will make Wayanad a constituency like Varanasi or Ayodhya.”
The letter in Malayalam, purportedly written by a Kochi resident, was received at the office of BJP state president K Surendran.
The BJP has dismissed the allegations and called it a conspiracy against the party.
Political analysts also believe that the statements by the BJP leaders , that the party needs only 35 to 40 seats to form a government, hinting at backdoor political games, backfired
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said Lord Ayyappa, the presiding deity at the Sabarimala, and all other gods are with the LDF government which has worked for the welfare of people. Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala in his reaction said the Left government would surely face the wrath of the Lord Ayyyppa and his devotees in this election.
