PC Jeweller Ltd has announced a 1:10 stock split and plans to raise Rs 646 crore through 11.5 crore convertible warrants priced at Rs 56.20 each. The stock surged 5 percent to Rs 187.07 on October 1.
The proposed strategy entails the utilisation of both debt and equity capital, for implementing the project in stages by raising necessary capital in multiple tranches, it said.
