Pipavav Ship raises Rs 160cr by convertible warrants

Pipavav Shipyard raised Rs 160 crore by issuing convertible warrants at Rs 78, reports CNBC-TV18. It touched an intraday high of Rs 80.70 and an intraday low of Rs 79. At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 79.50, up Rs 2.20, or 2.85%.

Pipavav Shipyard touched an intraday high of Rs 80.70 and an intraday low of Rs 79. At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 79.50, up Rs 2.20, or 2.85%.

The company raised Rs 160 crore by issuing convertible warrants at Rs 78. It issued 50 lakh warrants each to Rakesh & Rekha Jhunjhunwala, 5 lakh to Utpal Seth and 1 crore to promoter, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 384,127 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.98% or Rs 0.75 at Rs 77.30.
