Dabur approved the appointment of Mohit Burman, who is currently the Non-Executive Vice Chairman, as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for a period of five years with effect from August 11, 2022.
In his address to shareholders in the company's annual report for 2020-21, Burman said with the "emergence of the second wave and talks of another wave likely in the future, we might have to cope with the related challenges in the months to come".
His investments in the Poker Sports League will go up to Rs 60 crore over a period of five years.
