Over the years, the Rising Bharat platform has evolved into a credible venue for substantive policy dialogue, and the 2026 edition signals sharper engagement around the ideas shaping India’s next phase of progress.

Among the Union Cabinet ministers joining the dialogue is Piyush Goyal, Minister for Commerce and Industry, who is expected to steer conversations on trade expansion, manufacturing growth and export competitiveness, alongside India’s deeper integration into global supply chains.

Technology and infrastructure discussion will be led by Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & IT, highlighting digital transformation and next-generation connectivity as pillars of growth.
