The United Kingdom government on Thursday strongly condemned the heckling and security breach of External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar in London and said that they are "fully committed to ensure security of all diplomatic visitors".

A Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) spokesperson stated, "We strongly condemn the incident that took place outside Chatham House yesterday during the External Affair Minister's visit to the UK. While the UK upholds the right to peaceful protest, any attempts to intimidate, threaten or disrupt public events are completely unacceptable."
