Migraines can be a debilitating and painful experience. These intense, throbbing headaches often come with a range of symptoms, such as sensitivity to light, sound, and nausea. While the exact cause of migraines isn't fully understood, they are believed to be influenced by a combination of genetic, lifestyle, and natural factors.
