Retail chain V2 Retail plans to hire 1,500 employees across diverse verticals. The firm is seeking candidates for a wide range of roles spanning sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
In the sales domain, the company is looking for individuals with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. For marketing positions, proficiency in digital marketing strategies, brand management, and market research is highly desirable.
Operational roles require candidates with expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and process optimisation. Customer service positions necessitate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

“As the company expands its footprint to capture new market segments, investing in talent acquisition becomes imperative. By strategically hiring individuals who embody the company's values, possess the requisite skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, V2 Retail aims to enhance its competitive edge, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences,” Akash Agarwal, Whole Time Director at V2 Retail, told Moneycontrol.
Agarwal added that the fashion retailer is poised to augment its footprint with the addition of 35-40 new stores, each spanning approximately 4 lakh square feet. This expansion drive encompasses an investment of Rs 90-100 crore, allocated towards both store expansion and bolstering inventory.
“Managerial roles at V2 Retail demand a comprehensive skill set beyond technical expertise. In addition to proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and team management, candidates for managerial positions are expected to embody leadership qualities that inspire and motivate their teams,” Agarwal added.
Currently, V2 Retail has 5,600 employees and presence in 17 states with 96 operational stores.
