Hazoor Multi Projects share price rose nearly 17 percent intraday on July 7 following the company received Letter of Award (LOA) worth Rs 913 crore.
At 13:41 hrs Hazoor Multi Projects was quoting at Rs 46.29, up Rs 6.62, or 16.69 percent, in the BSE.
".... received Letter of Award (LOA) from Apollo Green Energy (formally known as Apollo International) for NHPC -200 MW, engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contract for design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of 200 MW Gridconnected solar PV power project in GSECL's RE solar park at Khavda (Stage-3) in Gujarat," company said in its exchange filing.
The value of the awarded project is Rs 913 crore and to be executed till March 2026.

On July 3 the company acquired 51% equity shares of Vyom Hydrocarbon by way of Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for a total cash consideration of Rs 1,02,000.
With this acquisition the Company proposes to expand its business operations to include activities in the mining and quarrying sector, the oil and gas industry, extraction of crude petroleum and natural gas, provision of oilfield equipment and services, drilling and consulting services, as well as trade, engineering, procurement, and construction service, environmental engineering and sustainability initiatives, including but not limited to waste management.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 63.90 and a 52-week low of Rs 32.00 on 12 September, 2024 and 05 March, 2025, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 27.56 percent below its 52-week high and 44.66 percent above its 52-week low.
The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 962.88 crore.
