The company is going to divest its 3 lakh ton pig iron making facility in Maharashtra to Fomento resources for Rs 180 crore, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 48,562 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 22,169 shares, an increase of 119.06%.
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.30% or Rs 0.25 at Rs 82.40.
