      Ashish Chaturmohta of IIFL Private Wealth Management is of the view that one buy Divis Laboratories, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Hindustan Unilever on any decline.

      Chaturmohta told CNBC-TV18, “The short positions need to be divided in two parts. One needs to be created at this point of time and one need to see whether 4800 is broken convincingly. If 4800 gets broken on downside then definitely another 200 points downside could not be ruled out in the market.
      As far as shorts need to be opened up I think L&T, Axis Bank, Jindal Steel, these are the counters where fresh shorts can be initiated at current levels where the risk reward is still favorable. One can see a downside of around 5-8% from the current levels in these counters. But I believe there are few counters where strength can be seen and one can look for a dip on downside to accumulate particularly counters like Divis Laboratories,       Ranbaxy Laboratories or even Hindustan Unilever where any dip of 3-4% can be good opportunity to enter long positions.”
