SBICAP Trustee sells 1 crore shares of Mangalore Chem

On April 02, 2013 SBICAP Trustee Company Limited sold 1,00,00,000 shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers at Rs 38.50 on the NSE.
 
However, Zuari Fertilisers And Chemicals Limited bought 1,15,26,465 shares at Rs 38.40.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 39.30, up Rs 6.55, or 20%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 39.30 and an intraday low of Rs 31.20.
 
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 57.30 and 52-week low Rs 27.30 on 13 July, 2012 and 04 March, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 31.41% below its 52-week high and 43.96% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 465.76 crore.
