The company has launched luxury project in Chennai with investment of Rs 1700 crore, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 12,589 shares, compared to its five-day average of 4,991 shares, an increase of 152.25%.
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.20% or Rs 0.20 at Rs 102.65.
