Tata Mutual Fund to modify features of four schemes from May 3

The features of four schemes - Tata Medium Term Fund, Tata Long Term Debt Fund, Tata Ultra Short Term Fund and Tata Corporate Bond Fund will be changed, with effect from May 3

Tata Mutual Fund will change the features of four schemes--Tata Medium Term Fund, Tata Long Term Debt Fund, Tata Ultra Short Term Fund and Tata Corporate Bond Fund, with effect from May 3, the mutual fund said in an addendum.

Accordingly, the revised features of Tata Long Term Debt Fund are as following:

Macaulay duration is the weighted average term to maturity of the cash flows from a bond. The weight of each cash flow is determined by dividing the present value of the cash flow by the price.

Unit holders who do not agree with the changes can avail exit option till May 2, without paying any exit load.

All other features of the schemes remain unchanged.
