NEET UG 2024: SC asks NTA to publish centre-wise results masking identity of candidates
The Supreme Court on Thursday said it would continue hearing the batch of pleas, seeking cancellation of the NEET-UG 2024, on July 22. The top court also directed the NTA to publish the marks obtained by students in the NEET-UG 24 exam while ensuring that the identity of the students is masked. The results must be declared in relation to each centre. The SC asked this exercise to be completed by 12pm on July 20. The top court also sought the case diary of Bihar Police and the EoW report. Infosys Q1 Results: FY25 revenue growth guidance raised to 3-4%; net profit beats estimate
In a surprise, Infosys raised its revenue growth guidance for the financial year 2024-25 on July 18, with the metric being raised in the range of 3 percent to 4 percent. Analysts had anticipated Infosys to maintain its FY25 revenue growth guidance at 1-3 percent in constant currency (CC) terms. Net profit rose 7.1 percent on-year to Rs 6,368 crore, beating Street estimates. India’s second-largest IT company’s consolidated revenue from operations for the April-June quarter rose 3.6 percent on-year to Rs 39,315 crore, according to the stock exchange filing. A Moneycontrol poll of 10 brokerages had estimated Infosys fiscal first quarter net profit to rise 5.1 percent on-year to Rs 6,248 crore, and revenue to rise 2.4 percent to Rs 38,850 crore. Sanstar IPO to hit Dalal Street on July 19, price band at Rs 90-95 per share
Sanstar, the manufacturer of speciality products and ingredient solutions, will launch its maiden public issue on July 19, with a price band of Rs 90-95 per share. The company plans to raise Rs 510.15 crore through its IPO of 5.37 crore equity shares at the upper price band. The initial public offering is a combination of fresh issue of 4.18 crore equity shares worth Rs 397.1 crore by the company, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.19 crore shares worth Rs 113.05 crore by the promoters.
