TCS share price settled with a cut of over 1.6 percent on Wednesday at Rs 3,239 per share on the NSE amid Q4 jitters. The country's largest software services exporter is set to announce its fourth quarter results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
Shares of Tata Consultancy Services settled at Rs 3,239 apiece, down 1.64 percent. The IT bellwether is also likely to declare a final dividend for FY25.
TCS Q4 preview: modest growth expected amid seasonal weakness
The company in an exchange filing, said "a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting."
According to an average of four brokerage estimates polled by Moneycontrol, TCS is likely to report a modest 5 percent year-on-year rise in revenue to Rs 64,840 crore, while net profit is expected to inch up 1.4 percent to Rs 12,554 crore. EBITDA is projected at Rs 17,154 crore.
