The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited was convened on September 19, 2025, where the board approved the re-appointment of key directors and declared a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share. The meeting, held via video conferencing, commenced at 11:00 AM IST.
Mr. Anoop Bector was re-appointed as Managing Director, while Mr. Ishaan Bector, Mr. Suvir Bector, and Mr. Parveen Kumar Goel were re-appointed as Wholetime Directors. The board also confirmed an interim dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share and declared a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Mr. Ashish Agarwal, Chairman, addressed the members, highlighting the company's performance in FY2025, a year marked by both challenges and opportunities. The company focused on innovation, customer centricity, and operational excellence, which contributed to steady growth in both the biscuits and bakery segments under the Cremica and English Oven brands.
In FY2025, Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities reported a revenue of ₹1,873.90 Crores, a 15.4% increase compared to ₹1,623.90 Crores in the previous year. The company's EBITDA stood at ₹251.50 Crores, up from ₹242.40 Crores in FY2024, with an EBITDA margin of 13.4%. Net profit for the year was ₹143.20 Crores, compared to ₹140.40 Crores, resulting in a PAT margin of 7.6%.
The company launched several new products, including health-focused shortbread cookies, animal-shaped crackers under the Teddies brand, and ready-to-eat products like muffins and brownies under English Oven. The NaturBaked brand was also introduced in May 2025 to focus on premium health-oriented products.
Operations commenced at the Indore facility in May 2025, enhancing manufacturing capabilities. New bakery facilities in Kolkata and Maharashtra are progressing to expand the English Oven brand across India. The company also achieved its objective of doubling direct coverage to over 3 lakh outlets in two years, and the Cremica brand has expanded its presence to over 70 countries.
