Promoters have offloaded a 3 percent equity stake in Kolte-Patil Developers, the Pune-based real estate developer, via open market transactions on December 29.
As per the bulk deals data published by the exchanges, promoter Rajesh Anirudha Patil sold 11,40,066 equity shares in Kolte-Patil at an average price of Rs 486 per share.
Further, Sunita Milind Kolte and Sunita Rajesh Patil, who are part of the promoter group, sold 7,60,044 equity shares at an average price of Rs 486.01 per share, and 3,80,022 shares for Rs 486 per share, respectively.
In total, they sold 22,80,132 equity shares in the company, equivalent to 3 percent of paid-up equity, which was valued at Rs 110.8 crore.
Kolte-Patil Developers shares jumped 3.3 percent to close at Rs 502.
Azad Engineering was also in focus, rising 2.3 percent to Rs 692.4, in addition to a 29 percent rally on the listing day. PCA Securities Investment Trust Co Ltd through PCA India Equity Fund acquired 3,39,902 equity shares in the high-precision forged and machined components maker, which is equivalent to 0.57 percent of paid-up equity.
The shares in Azad were bought at an average price of Rs 703.4 per share.
The major action was also seen in Innova Captab, which had a muted debut on Friday but gained strength later and closed the listing day with 29 percent gains.
Canara Robeco MF and Invesco MF have picked a 2.6 percent stake in the pharmaceutical company.
As per the bulk deals, Canara Robeco Mutual Fund has bought 9 lakh equity shares, at an average price of Rs 474.41 per share, and Invesco Mutual Fund purchased 6 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 452.1 per share.
