Government of Singapore bought a 1.4 percent stake in PNB Housing Finance at an average price of Rs 802.5 per share on August 21, as per the bulk deals data on the exchanges showed.
However, General Atlantic Singapore Fund FII Pte Ltd exited the housing finance company by selling an entire shareholding of 5.13 percent at the same price. The stock surged 10.11 percent to Rs 892.85 on the NSE.
Cyient DLM was also in focus, falling 1.55 percent. Marquee investors like Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, HDFC Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, and Nippon India Mutual Fund cumulatively bought an 11.96 percent stake in the design-led manufacturing solutions company at an average price of Rs 764.4 per share.
However, promoter Cyient sold 14.5 percent shares in Cyient DLM at the same price. Cyient had intimated about the stake sale after market hours on August 20.
Sicagen India shares rallied 10.6 percent to Rs 77.26 as promoter AMI Holdings bought an additional 0.98 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 77.83 per share.
Delhivery was also in focus, down 1.8 percent at Rs 430.4 on the NSE. Foreign investor Nexus Ventures III sold 1.06 percent shares in the logistics company at an average price of Rs 440 per share.
Meanwhile, Griffin Growth Fund VCC has bought a 7.9 percent stake in Kiri Industries at an average price of Rs 373.85 per share, from Lotus Global Investments. Eriska Investment Fund sold 0.77 percent of shares in the company at an average price of Rs 371.77 per share. The stock was down 1.5 percent at Rs 364.8.
